We deliver virtual tours that integrate seamlessly into your website. We adapt colors, fonts, and icons so that visitors experience the website and the tour as one unified whole.
Dvě samostatné prohlídky se stejným designem
Art Econ offers a wide range of study programmes in Prague and Prostějov, which are organizationally connected. We therefore created two separate virtual tours with a unified design and user interface. Each tour is divided into logical sections and includes an overview of study fields with icons. By clicking on them, visitors are directed to the school’s website for more detailed information.
Sdílet fakta i každodenní atmosféru
Virtual tours help schools attract new applicants, which is why Art Econ used a variety of info points—from text and links to videos and photo galleries of students during classes. The student photos were taken by a professional photographer, allowing future graphic designers and photographers to experience the other side of the lens. Each info point has its own icon, so visitors immediately know what type of content it contains and can explore student artwork or learn more about the studio equipment.
Virtuální prohlídka s lidskou perspektivou
We want visitors to feel welcome and easily find the information they need. The tour is guided by two professional narrators, creating the impression of a personal walkthrough. After all, the face of every school is shaped primarily by people—from students and teachers to support staff. Visitors will meet familiar faces such as the receptionist or a teacher, and in the info points they will find photos of students from practical classes, for example in the photography studio.
Data-driven decision making
At the client's request, we added Google Analytics tracking to the tour. With just a few clicks, they can get a detailed overview of traffic and its sources. They can find out how long visitors stayed on the virtual tour and whether they are also viewing other fields of study. This allows them to assess whether interest in studying is growing or declining and what potential students are most interested in this year.
Virtuální prohlídka budovy v nejlepším světle
In one of the schools, the client had a beautiful terrace with an older concrete railing. Renovation of the railing was planned for a later stage. It didn’t make sense to postpone the entire virtual tour because of this, so we agreed on a solution: using Photoshop, we virtually reconstructed the railing so the tour reflects the best possible condition of the building.
Virtuální den otevřených dveří po celý rok
We know that a virtual tour is a useful tool for attracting new students to first-year programmes. It gives them a great opportunity to explore everything the school offers even before deciding to visit in person. Virtual open days can therefore take place all year round.
